read me file

I am haveing the same problem with only having the readme file. Its been burned as an image and all that good stuff. My only thing is it works on my other computer and not the one I downloaded it on. I also forgot to say I downloaded the 32bit, could my other computer be 32bit and this one be 64bit because I dont know what the difference is. Thakns
